Bliss Maid Services
PAYMENT TERMS – Bliss Maid Services accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, check or cash and payment is due at time of service. Client has authorized Bliss Maid Services to bill all services performed one day prior to the cleaning on the credit card that has been provided by the client. Should Bliss Maid Services not be able to process a client's credit card payment prior to the day of the cleaning, the client's account will be subject to a $15.00 charge. Bliss Maid Services reserves the right to refuse service when an outstanding balance is due and payment is not left for the service.
EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Please inform us of any special instructions you may want to add to your cleaning appointment. Please feel free to be as detailed as possible. (for example: do not burn essential oils, do not touch expensive artwork, etc.)
CANCELLATION AND NON-ENTRY POLICY: We understand that there are times when you might need to cancel or change your cleaning appointment. We ask that you give us 48 hours cancellation notice prior to the start of your cleaning appointment. Due to the high demand for our services, if you cancel less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will incur a $35 cancellation fee. If a Bliss Maid Services cleaning professional arrives at a scheduled cleaning appointment and is unable to gain access to your home, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the cleaning. Please note that if you need to skip a cleaning, your next service will be at the price quoted for that service level. (for example: If you are a weekly client and need to skip a cleaning, your next cleaning will be billed at your quoted bi-weekly rate). This allows us to spend the extra time necessary to make up for the missed cleaning.
ASSIGNED CLEANING CONSULTANT: We understand that most clients would like to have the same cleaning consultant consistently clean their home. It is our goal to provide you with consistency. Although Bliss Maid Services will try to provide you with a regular cleaning consultant, we cannot always guarantee the same cleaning consultant. At any given time, we may have to change cleaning consultants.
SAFETY POLICY: Employee safety is important to us. We require our employees to wear shoes at all times, refrain from climbing ladders higher than 30", and lifting objects weighing more than 30 pounds. We do not clean bodily fluids, pet accidents or any other substance which may pose a health or safety hazard to our employees. Bliss Maid Services reserves the right to remove an employee from a job site at any time if safety is of concern.
PETS: At Bliss Maid Services, we understand how important your pets are to you. We are a pet friendly company and will gladly receive special instructions regarding your pet's safety. Due to health concerns, Bliss Maid Services cannot allow their cleaning consultants to handle any pet feces.
DAMAGES: Bliss Maid Services cleaning professionals treat your home with the utmost respect. However, due to the nature of our business, accidents can happen. Should damage occur at your property during a Bliss Maid Services appointment, please notify our office immediately. In addition, Bliss Maid Services does not take responsibility for items previously damaged. Should you have any delicate or sensitive items in your home please notify our office as we will instruct our cleaning consultants not to touch those items. If an item is damaged by our cleaning consultant we ask that you do not throw the item away as Bliss Maid Services will need to take photographs of the item for insurance purposes. If a receipt is not available for the damaged item and it is clear that the item has been damaged by a Bliss Maid Services employee, Bliss Maid Services will work with our insurance company to resolve the situation. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for damages reported more than 24 hours after the end of the cleaning appointment or damages that we cannot physically inspect.
THEFT: While we are insured and bonded and all employees go through a thorough background check, the best protection is precaution. Please DO NOT leave out any money or valuables which could be lost or taken. If a theft is suspected, our bond requires that you file a police report with local authorities.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: We must be able to reach all areas to be cleaned. We greatly appreciate it when dishes, clothes, toys, etc are put away before we arrive. Surfaces that are covered with clutter will not be cleaned. While cleaning, items will not be put away by Bliss Maid Services; they are returned to their original place. We will also not dispose of any items not already in a trash can. We never know what might be important to you. This includes soda cans, empty bottles, leftover food, etc.
